Satya: Truth
THE STORY
Speak truth, embody truth. Satya, or truth, is the second of the yamas, or codes of conduct, described in Astanga yoga. This Pretty Bird pieces uses aquamarine which vibrates to the fifth, or throat, chakra, to help stimulate, balance and support one's ability to communicate with grace from a place of authenticity.
