How long will it take to fulfill my order?
All Pretty Bird Wearable Juju is made to order, so please allow 4 weeks for delivery. If you need a piece sooner, please email us to ask.
Why is my bracelet different than the picture?
Did we tell you that our work is handmade to order? It’s common for the pieces to vary a little bit.
What size are your bracelets?
Our single bracelets are about 7” but most can be adjusted to about 7 1/2.” Men’s bracelets are approximately 8.” Triple-wrap bracelets are about 20” and five-wraps are about 32”.

Can you make a special size?
Of course. Since all Pretty Bird Wearable Juju is handmade to order, special sizing is no problem. Larger pieces may require a small surcharge for extra materials.
Can you use special materials?
Yes. We would be happy to talk to you about using your stones or beads in a special piece. Contact us for pricing. |
Where do you buy your materials?
We source our materials from all over the world. We especially like to work with materials that come from renewable resources, or are already repurposed.
What is Hill Tribe Silver?
Crafted by the ethnic minorities that live in the mountain regions of northern Thailand, Hill Tribe Silver is between 97.5 and 99% pure silver (sterling is 92%). This purity makes the beads easier to bend and shape, yet retain a natural and elegant aesthetic. |
What if I change my mind about my order?
We are happy to exchange any Pretty Bird piece. Refunds are made within 10 days of purchase for pieces that have not been worn and are in the original packaging. Pretty Bird does not pay for return shipping. Learn more.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If Pretty Bird determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your bracelet will be repaired or replaced. Learn more. |
