Online Returns
Pretty Bird makes every effort to hand make each piece with your satisfaction in mind. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Wearable Juju, we will accept returns of items within 45 days from the date of receipt.

NOTE: Custom orders can be returned for merchandise credit only.

A credit for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued if you:
—return the piece in its original condition
—enclose the original packing slip.

If for some reason your original packing slip is not available, please include the following information with your returned item:
—order number
—billing name
—billing address

Items should be securely packed in the original box, if possible.

For defective or incorrect orders, please indicate the problem on your packing slip and we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable for exchanges or returns for any other reasons.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 15 days of our receipt of your returned product.

Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number.
